The Real Estate Research Institute (RERI)
The Real Estate Research Institute is a non-profit organization created to stimulate high quality research on real estate investment performance and market fundamentals that will elevate the quality of real estate decision making. The Institute's mission is to encourage research that applies academic theory and analytic techniques to real estate investment decision-making.
RERI's mission is closely aligned with PREA's mission to serve its members engaged in institutional real estate investment through the sponsorship of objective forums for education, research initiatives, membership interaction and the exchange of information.
The relationship between PREA and RERI began in 1991, when PREA became a sustaining sponsor. PREA encourages the support of RERI and their research efforts. Today, RERI also receives sponsorship from many PREA member firms. For more information about RERI, visit their Web site at www.reri.org.
